SHIPPING POLICY

B|G Vitae is committed to delivering your wellness supplements and nutraceutical products safely and efficiently across South Africa.

1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to all provinces within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid delays.

2. PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.

3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

  • Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2-4 business days
  • Other urban areas: 3-5 business days
  • Rural and remote areas: 5-10 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. B|G Vitae is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We offer:

  • Standard shipping: R150
  • Free shipping on orders over R5000

Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where we send incorrect or defective products.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through our courier partner's website. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

A signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the delivery address. If you are unavailable, the courier will leave a collection notice with instructions for redelivery or collection from their depot.

7. FAILED DELIVERIES

If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, you may be charged for redelivery or return shipping costs. Uncollected packages will be returned to us, and you will need to contact us to arrange reshipment at your expense.

8. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us immediately at Support@dentra.co.za. We will investigate with our courier and arrange a replacement or refund.

9. PRODUCT STORAGE

Our supplements are shipped in protective packaging to maintain product integrity. Upon receipt, store products according to label instructions, typically in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
