RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At B|G Vitae, we are committed to your satisfaction with our wellness supplements and nutraceutical products. This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA) of South Africa.

7-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

You have the right to return products within 7 business days from delivery without providing a reason, in accordance with Section 44 of the CPA. Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all seals intact. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplements unless they are defective.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, expired (less than 1 month's shelf life), incorrect, or defective product, contact us within 7 business days of delivery. We will offer a full refund (including original shipping costs), replacement, or credit note. Original shipping costs are only refunded for defective products or our errors.

HOW TO RETURN

Contact us at Support@dentra.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number. Do not return products without authorization. Package items securely with the RA number and return to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

REFUNDS

Returns are inspected within 5 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Allow 5-10 business days for funds to reflect in your account. Partial refunds may apply if products are damaged due to improper return packaging or show signs of use.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We cannot accept returns of opened supplements, products with broken seals, clearance items, gift cards, or returns made after the applicable period.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, do not open it. Photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel orders before dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch, you must refuse delivery or follow our standard return process.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
